What we delete: your account profile, phone number, KYC documents (identity and driving licence images) and selfie, and the personal data in your booking history.

What we may keep: rental, payment and dues records that Rapido is required to keep under applicable Indian law, for the period the law requires. These are not used for any other purpose.

Timeline: we process verified requests within 30 days. We may contact you on your phone number to confirm it is you.
